## Earnings Retention Bonus (ERB)

Players can earn more per Elimination by owning and equipping [BR1: Operatives](https://litepaper.bravoready.com/br1-infinite-guide/br1-infinite-guide/br1-game-ecosystem/br1-operatives) and [BR1: Weapons](https://litepaper.bravoready.com/br1-infinite-guide/br1-infinite-guide/br1-game-ecosystem/br1-weapons).\
\
Equipping Operatives and Weapons can provide a 0.5%-15% **Earnings Retention Bonus (ERB)** in-game, depending on how many items are stacked together. Weapon skins can be stacked up to 10 per [Loadout](https://litepaper.bravoready.com/br1-infinite-guide/br1-infinite-guide/br1-gameplay-and-controls/inventory-loadout-and-backpack) with 1 Operative to achieve the highest ERB possible (15%). Weapons must be equipped in a Loadout for their ERB to take effect.

Example: A 10% ERB means a player is making $0.10 more on every $1.00 they earn in game. This substantially increases a player's earnings per Elimination.
